Diary - Km 1805.4
Beginning of the South Island.
Getting from the North Island to the South was a space ride. The seas were stormy and our little jet boat jumped up and down and rocked to the sides, half of the passengers laughing, half putting life jackets on, luggage falling out on the ground, wet from the waves splashing onboard.
As someone duly noted we have probably all died on that boat and went to paradise, because since then I have been soaking in hot tubs, watching sting rays float in turquoise waters, staring at glow worms in the dark forest walls, and swimming in the sea of bioluminescent algae.
Magic.
